From The

Client

PIE&G has been working with SGI for several years now to develop a design for its new Headquarters and Service Center. Several design iterations have taken place since our initial meetings and after finalizing our design and program requirements, we began construction in the spring of 2020.

Along the way, it quickly became apparent that SGI’s representatives were well equipped to assist in the identification of our organizational needs and to provide development expertise where needed. The staff was willing to work with us as we suggested or needed to view alternative designs to maintain budgetary integrity and organizational requirements. SGI staff was attentive to our needs and provided a design that we expect to meet PIE&G’s needs for several years to come.

As an organization that only takes on a project like this once every two or three generations, we only had once chance to get it right and I believe that with the skills and knowledge provided by SGI, we did just that.
