A three story Senior Housing Cooperative with 46 units. The Project was made up of a mix of 1 one BR, 27 one BR + Den, 18 two BR Units. Amenities include an entrance Canopy, Lobby and Mail Area, a Business Office and Private Conference, on-site Storage Lockers, two Laundries per floor, Patios or Balconies, a Work Shop, Library, Exercise Room, Creative Arts Room, Banquet Area, automatic fire suppression system, and air conditioning with hot water heat. Lighted carports and a limited building entry system with visitor ID cameras viewed from each unit’s TV add to a secure environment. The exterior finishes are all low maintenance materials.
