This project consisted of the complete gut and renovation of an existing manufacturing facility into a state of the art injection molding facility. On the office side, our scope of work included design of new locker facilities, reception area, conference rooms, private offices, open work area, quality control room, and break room, including all new finishes and millwork. On the manufacturing side, our scope of work included filling of numerous existing pits, upgrade of existing crane bays from 10 ton capacity to 40 metric ton capacity, and complete removal of a large office mezzanine, which necessitated substantial reinforcing of the existing building columns, due to loss of all intermediate bracing. This project was completed on a highly accelerated schedule by both Sidock and Oliver Hatcher Construction.
