ABOUT

The Clinton Township Hall was lacking in an obvious entry to the main administrative offices. The solution was a two story addition that, coupled with interior alterations and renovations, provided natural light deep into the interior of the space and an additional major conference room and offices. The design also solved the confusion of citizens entering to do business with the Township apart from the entry point of the attached District Court. As a part of the contract, a complete inventory of all furniture and furnishings was made with a determination of which elements could be re-used, refurbished and re-used, or which elements required replacement. Almost 40% of the cost of simple replacement was saved by this design effort.
