We took an existing 40,000 industrial building and converted it into a state of the art recreation center with indoor and outdoor waterscapes, gymnasium, exercise room, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor concession areas, dance studio, banquet room, full kitchen, offices, daycare, and exterior walking path. Located directly adjacent to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, the design invokes the wing design of the planes. Another unique feature is the re-use of the existing crane runways to support the upper level running track.
